Early Chinese Legal Documents Workshop
The Early Chinese Legal Documents Workshop is a series of reading groups and talks for scholars working with primary sources of early Chinese legal history. We take turns to lead the reading and discussion of early Chinese legal documents, with a focus on legal cases from unearthed Qin and Han manuscripts. We welcome faculty members and PhD students from across the world to participate.
The workshop is held every two weeks online on Friday, 9-11 AM, U.S. Eastern Time. Discussions are bilingual, in English and Mandarin.
